Robertson Executive Search is a new brand in the executive search sector, however each partner at Robertson Executive Search has developed an in-depth knowledge of our core sectors through years of experience in executive search and/or executive level experience in a relevant industry sector, which provides us with an invaluable network embedded in our client's areas of interest.
The fact that we are a newly created business allows us to selectively partner with specific clients in each sector, and the obvious lack of off-limit restrictions means we are able to actively approach high quality candidates across a wide range of competitors for each of our partnered clients.
Our in-house research team employs a range of techniques to map organisations and gain inside knowledge that is most relevant to our search. An advertising strategy can be developed to supplement a search, particularly when a range of backgrounds could be of interest.
Our in-depth screening process allows us to develop an understanding of the strengths, weaknesses and motivations of each candidate. We will, location permitting, endeavour to meet each suitable candidate face to face for each assignment. We employ competency and behavioural based interviewing and assessment techniques, as well as psychometric testing and other checks when appropriate. Our process reliably ensures that the candidate's credentials meet our client's requirements.
Within an agreed period of time, we will source and select the shortlist of most suitable candidates for each role. However, we will continue the process, as appropriate, beyond this point in order to ensure that the search is exhaustive and candidates who should be added to a shortlist will be. A profile of each candidate will be provided together with the Partners assessment. Where and when appropriate, informal as well as formal references will be taken and candidate business plans provided should the client so require.
