Paul is a Partner with Robertson Executive Search responsible for originating and executing on executive search assignments on behalf of his clients within the Information Technology domain. Edua has accumulated more than 20 years experience in executive personnel recruitment in various sectors, such as, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Engineering, Business Services, Retail, Financial Services, Insurance, Law and Government.
Her background includes running her own company prior to selling it to a multi-disciplinary recruitment firm, where she took on the role of General Manager and Human Resources Manager. Her experience in the industry coupled by her business development skills saw her tripling the revenue of the firm.
Edua holds an Advanced Diploma in Public Relations and a Bachelor Degree in Homeopathy Medicine.

Lorna is an Associate at Robertson Executive Search. As part of the team, she conducts assignments for senior-level positions in various industries.
Previously, she worked as an Associate at Heidrick & Struggles as member of the Consumer & Life Sciences practice focusing on CEO, CMO and Human Resources Officers across Latin America. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, she worked as a Research Associate at Korn/Ferry International in the Industrial practice.
